Applications - How to create and manage applications

Applications are a great way to collect information from users who want to join your server. When you create a new Guilded server or group, applications will automatically be generated for each game you've added to your server.

You can enable or disable applications at any time from the Applications settings.

Toggle Applications On or Off

1. Click Applications from the Overview section in your server.
2. Click the settings cog at the top of the Applications panel.
3. To close applications, slide the toggle off for the applications you want to disable.
4. Click Confirm to save the change.

Your recruitment status will now show as closed.

5. To re-open applications, click the settings cog again.
6. Slide the toggle on for the applications you want to re-enable.
7. Click Confirm to apply your changes.

Q: Can I have more than one application active at a time?
A: Yes! You can enable multiple applications for different games and manage them individually.
