How to Clone an Existing Role
Cloning a role is a quick and easy way to duplicate an existing role’s permissions without starting from scratch. This is perfect when you want a new role with a similar setup, just under a different name or with a few tweaks.
Whether you're streamlining moderation roles, organizing teams, or creating tiered permissions, the clone feature saves time and keeps things consistent.
Steps to Clone a Role

Click the caret button next to your server name.

Click Settings.

Select Roles from the sidebar.

Right-click the role you want to duplicate and choose Clone.

Rename your new role, adjust the color or settings as needed.

Drag the new role to its place in the hierarchy.

Click Save changes.
