Q. I downgraded my tier. Why isn't it showing the new one?
A. You will remain on your current tier until the end of the billing period, then your subscription will downgrade at the start of the new billing period.

A. If a recurring payment fails, we will retry for 72 hours. If it is still unsuccessful after this time, we will automatically cancel your recurring subscription, and you will lose the role and benefits associated with it. To continue receiving benefits, you would need to renew your subscription.

Q. Can I get a refund?
A. Subscribers are charged immediately for their first payment and then automatically charged every month on the same day. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so within one month from your last payment. Since Guilded only provides the platform for which payments are made between server owners and subscribers, we do not process refund requests. Subscribers who would like to request a refund may do so directly with the server admin, but server admins are not obligated to accept these requests.
