Yes, a small percentage of 0.25% + $0.25 is taken at each payout.
Q. Do my server subs automatically renew?
Yes, subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of the billing period.
Q. What happens if a subscriber upgrades or downgrades their tier?
When upgrading or downgrading subscription tiers, let's clarify the billing process. If a tier increases, subscribers will only be charged the difference between the new and current tier. This ensures a fair and seamless transition without incurring any additional costs.
On the other hand, when downgrading a tier, members will remain on the higher tier until the end of the current billing period, as they have already purchased that period. The new tier price will take effect from the start of the next billing cycle, allowing for a smooth transition without interruption.
By understanding these billing practices, subscribers can make informed decisions about changing their subscription tiers while ensuring a fair and transparent process.
Upgrading a Tier: Current sub: Copper Tier at $5 and wants to upgrade to the Silver Tier at $10 - $5 would be charged when upgrading, and the total charged for the billing period is $10.

Q. What happens if I change the price of a tier while someone is subscribed?

Q. What if a subscriber asks for a refund?

Subscribers are charged immediately for their first payment and automatically charged every month on the same day. To cancel a subscription, it must be done one month from the last payment.
Just so you know, Guilded only provides the platform for transactions between server owners and subscribers. As a result, Guilded does not process refund requests. If subscribers wish to request a refund, they should contact the server admin directly. However, it's important to remember that server admins are not obligated to accept refund requests.
