How to delete server subscriptions

To delete your subscription account completely, you must remove all active subscription tiers first. This process will also cancel any current subscriptions and disconnect your Stripe account.

1. Click the caret button next to your server name.

2. Click Settings.

3. Go to the Subscriptions tab and click Tiers.

4. Click Delete tier on each tier with active subscribers.

5. Confirm each deletion by clicking the Delete button.

6. Once all tiers have been deleted, return to the Settings tab.

7. Click Delete subscription account.

8. Confirm the action by clicking Delete.
