Server Subs - Get started
Server Subscriptions make it easy for communities and creators to offer paid perks to their members.
You can set up custom tiers, assign roles, and receive payments through Stripe, all within your server.
How to Set Up Server Subscriptions

Verify your email
Make sure your Guilded account is email verified in your Roblox settings before setting up subscriptions. -
Open your server settings
Click the caret button, then select settings. -
Click on Subs
In the left menu, click Subscriptions and then select Enable Subscriptions to begin setup. -
Choose your payout country
Click the dropdown to select your country. -
Create your first tier
Enter the price, rewards, and perks. A matching role will be created automatically. Click Add Tier to continue.
💡 Tip: You can rename your tier role later from the Roles setting -
Connect to Stripe
Click the Stripe button to launch a pop-up window. Sign in or create a Stripe account to complete the connection. -
Complete setup
Once your Stripe account is linked, you'll return to your setup dashboard. You’re all set! -
Watch for Stripe alerts
If Stripe needs more information, an alert will appear in your Subs dashboard. Click Open Stripe dashboard to update your info. -
Add more tiers (optional)
You can add Copper, Silver, or other custom tiers with different pricing and perks. Click Edit or Delete to manage tiers.
⚠️ Deleting a tier will immediately cancel all subscriptions to that tier.

Q: What are the fees for Server Subscriptions?
A: Guilded charges a 2.5% fee. Stripe also applies payment processing fees. You can view details in the Creator FAQs.
Q: Can I disable Server Subscriptions later?
A: Yes. In your Subs dashboard under the Settings tab, you can click Disable. This will cancel all active subscriptions.
Q: What happens if I delete a subscription tier?
A: Deleting a tier will immediately cancel all active subscriptions tied to it. You can create a new one afterward if needed.
Q: Do subscribers get any visual perks?
A: Yes! Subscribers get a flair that represents their tier.
Q: Where can I manage subscribers and income?
A: Your Subs dashboard shows subscribers, payouts, and fees. You can also export reports and access your Stripe dashboard here.
