How to Invite Members to an Event
Once your event is set up, you can invite members to join in — whether it’s open to the whole server or limited to a select group.
Inviting Members to Your Event
When creating or editing an event:

Scroll to the Invite members section

You’ll see two options:

Select All – Invite everyone who has access to the event (including any restricted roles you’ve set)

Select Specific Members – Pick individual users to invite

You can search by name and invite as many as you need.

💡 Tips

If your event is set to Private, only invited members can see or RSVP to it

If you’ve restricted Roles, "Select All" will only invite members who match the role filters

Q: Can I invite more people after the event is created?
A: Yes, just edit the event and add new invitees.
Q: Do invitees get notified?
A: Yes, they’ll receive a notification in Guilded once invited.
