Calendar - RSVP to Calendar Events

Want to know how to sign up for calendar events? Here’s how to RSVP on Guilded, update your availability, and make sure you’re seeing the correct times, no matter where you are in the world.

How to RSVP to events

You can RSVP in a few different ways depending on where you're viewing the event:

From the Calendar Channel (Month View):

1. Head to the Calendar channel in your server.

2. Click on the event you want to RSVP to.

3. Select Join to mark yourself as going.

From the Calendar Channel (Upcoming Events):

1. Go to the Calendar channel.

2. Scroll to the Upcoming section.

3. Click on the event to open it.

4. Choose your availability: Going, Maybe, or Declined.

From the Overview Page:

1. Click on the event under the Upcoming events widget.

2. Select your availability from the drop-down: Going, Maybe, or Declined.

3. That’s it! Your RSVP will be saved and shown on the event.

From Your Profile (Aggregated Calendar):

1. Go to your profile and scroll down to your calendar.

2. Click into any upcoming event across all your servers.

3. RSVP using the same drop-down menu.

1. Overview Page: RSVP to upcoming events directly from your Overview.

2. Calendar (Upcoming View): Head to the Calendar channel and select an event under “Upcoming.”

3. Calendar (Month View): Click on the date of the event and RSVP from the event card.

4. Event Page: Click into the event to view full details and select Going, Maybe, or Declined.

Q: Do events show in my local time zone?
A:  Yes! If your server is set to a different time zone, Guilded will automatically display both the server time and your local time. Events on the Overview page will always show in your local time.

Q: Can I change my RSVP after I’ve responded?
A:  Absolutely. Just open the event again and use the drop-down to change your availability at any time.
