Lists Overview
List channels are a versatile way to organize tasks and responsibilities in your server. Whether you're planning events, assigning team roles, tracking progress, or just managing a personal to-do list, Guilded's List channels help keep everything on track. You can add tasks, leave comments, nest items, and even start threads to collaborate and stay aligned.

Create a List Channel

Click the Create channel button.

Select List as the channel type.

Give your channel a name.

Click Create.
Once created, you'll be able to start adding tasks and organizing your list.

Assign Tasks and Use Mentions
Want to assign a task to someone? Just tag them directly in the list item or in the note β they'll get a notification. Itβs a simple and effective way to flag responsibilities.

You can assign a List channel to a single person (or a specific group) using channel permissions. This is useful for:
