Lists - Add and Manage List Items
Add and manage tasks in a Guilded List channel with notes and threads to keep your projects organized. Whether you're using lists for planning, tracking progress, or coordinating with your team, each item can include notes and threaded discussions to help everyone stay aligned.
Add a List Item

In your List channel, type your task in the Add an item field.

(Optional) Click the Note icon to include context or instructions.

Click Save to add the item to the list.
Use Notes and Threads

Click the Note icon to view or edit additional info for the item. Notes can contain up to 1000 characters.

Click the Thread icon to start a conversation linked directly to that task.
Threads appear nested under the list and help centralize communication.
